This session will introduce neurodiversity in the workplace and the critical role that inclusive design plays in creating supportive environments.

Participants will learn about common challenges faced by those who have neurological differences and discover design strategies to create more accommodating and productive workspaces.

This course explores the principles of neuro-inclusive design with a focus on how built environments can better support individuals with ADHD, autism, and diverse sensory processing needs.

Emphasizing flexibility and user control, the course highlights the role of adaptable architectural solutions—particularly demountable wall systems—in creating environments that can shift between high-and low-stimulation settings.

Through case studies and applied design strategies, participants will learn how to create responsive, inclusive spaces that enhance focus, reduce sensory overload, and support a wider range of cognitive experiences.
