LEAD TIME
Lead times vary by product, quantity and finishes needed, please contact us for best available dates. Standard lead time could be anywhere from 2-20+ weeks production depending on the product, finish and quantity needed. Some products are available in 2 business days, plus shipping. Maximum quantities and limited finishes are a factor. The Clarus team is flexible and dedicated to customer satisfaction. Always reach out if there are extenuating circumstances.
FREIGHT
Freight is calculated by ship to zone, total list price, density, weight and quantities. Freight will always be calculated into your quote. Due to rising fuel surcharges imposed by our shipping carriers, we are increasing our shipping freight rates which are reflected on our quotes as "Fuel Surcharge". Our shipping carriers use an index-based surcharge that is adjusted weekly. Please contact us for best available rates. Minimum charges apply.

That’s why we created glassboard manufacturing technology that allows you to customize glassboards in any way, for every imaginable surface. From glassboards that roll from room to room, attach to walls and cubicles, or glide across walls, the function of a Clarus glassboard is established by you – the only limit is your imagination. From the quality of our raw materials, to responsible manufacturing processes and a goal of net zero waste through recycling – Clarus aims to be the leader in making communication products that elevate your indoor space without harming the environment.
We recycle the water that is used to polish the edges of our glassboards, and filter out glass particles that are created during the process, saving roughly 30,000 gallons of water each day.

WARRANTY
Clarus warrants that for a period of twenty (20) years from the date of purchase, that the product will be free from defects in material and workmanship. This Limited Warranty extends only to the original purchaser or the first retail purchaser of the product.
If during this twenty (20) year period, the product is defective in materials or workmanship, Clarus will, in its sole discretion, either repair or replace the defective portion of the product. This Limited Warranty does not cover damage resulting from, or in any way attributable to, improper use, storage, shipping, handling, installation, or modification of the product.
CONTRACTS
We have a team of experts dedicated to understanding the complexities of contract regulations and specifications. It’s our goal to meet your contract requirements, all while providing you with the best glassboard solution for your unique project.
