LEAD TIME

Lead times vary by product, quantity and finishes needed, please contact us for best available dates. Standard lead time could be anywhere from 2-20+ weeks production depending on the product, finish and quantity needed. Some products are available in 10 business days, plus shipping. Maximum quantities and limited finishes are a factor. The Hightower team is flexible and dedicated to customer satisfaction. Always reach out if there are extenuating circumstances.


FREIGHT

Freight is calculated by ship to zone, total list price, density, weight and quantities. Freight will always be calculated into your quote. Please contact us for best available rates. Minimum charges apply.


COMS

All upholstered products have their own approved fabrics available. Please check the website on the product page where is says “Approved Fabrics”. This will provide a list of graded in textiles as well as approved COMs accepted on each product. If you have a COM inquiry outside of this list, please contact us for testing. All COMs that need testing will need to be sent to Hightower: 211 Fraley Rd, High Point, NC 27263, Attention: Ken Sessions. Please tag with your project name and product it needs testing on.

WARRANTY

Hightower strives for the highest standards of design and manufacturing. As a Hightower customer you are entitled to the protection offered by our three-year (for indoor products) and two-year (for outdoor products) limited warranty. Under this warranty, Hightower will repair, replace, or refund the purchase price of any product found to be defective. If a product is no longer available, a like or similar product may be offered as a replacement. Labor and delivery is not included for warranty related work. Hightower is contracted with E&I Cooperative Services. The E&I Cooperative’s member-driven competitive solicitation process helps higher education and K-12 institutions reduce costs, optimize supply chain efficiencies, and save time on the RFP process.
